Various categories and ticket rates to be maintained at movie houses shall be as prescribed by the Ministry from time to time by publishing notices in the Nepal Gazette. However, the ticket price of different categories maintained in fully air-conditioned 'A' category movie houses will be fixed by the exhibitor within the scope approved by the Ministry. If the exhibitor sets the ticket price in such a way, the information should be immediately given to the Ministry Board and the local district administration office.
